ICPC Chairman, Musa Aliyu, disclosed this on Friday while briefing State House correspondents after meeting with Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
According to Aliyu, the commission uncovered another alleged unauthorised office operating within the OSGF premises, identified as the National Brands Development and Made in Nigeria Special Project Office.
He said the office was allegedly allocated space within the OSGF without presidential authorisation.
The ICPC chairman explained that the discovery was made during the commission’s wider investigation into the alleged Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) and other weaknesses in government procedures.
Aliyu alleged that the National Brands Development and Made in Nigeria Special Project Office was promoted by Nwabueze, who reportedly operated under different variations of his name.
He further alleged that the office had the involvement of suspected collaborators within the OSGF.

The commission subsequently engaged OSGF officials to obtain information about the office before presenting its findings to President Tinubu.
“Following the briefing, Mr President directed the immediate arrest of Prince George Buchi Nwabueze,” Aliyu said.
The ICPC chairman also disclosed that Tinubu ordered the immediate suspension of three permanent secretaries identified as M.S. Danjuma, Nadungu Gagare and Richard P. Pheelangwah.
Aliyu said the investigation was still ongoing and that additional actions could be taken as more facts emerge.
He commended the President for ordering a forensic audit of government processes, describing the initiative as a proactive measure to strengthen governance and shut loopholes that could be exploited within the public service.
The ICPC chairman said the investigation would establish the full extent of the alleged activities and identify all individuals connected to them.
The latest development comes as the ICPC intensifies its probe into alleged unauthorised entities operating within government structures following Tinubu’s directive to investigate the alleged fake PFIPC.
