EKO HOT BLOG reports that according to the announcement, successful candidates must fill an additional form within 72 hours to move to the next stage of the recruitment.
The FCSC confirmed this in an update on its recruitment portal, urging applicants to log into their individual profiles to check their status and complete the mandatory form. The message, titled “Dear Applicant,” emphasized that failure to meet the deadline could lead to automatic disqualification.
“This is a follow-up to your recent application to the Federal Civil Service. You are required to fill out an additional form within 72 hours of receiving this email,” the message read.
The commission stressed that completing the form signifies a candidate’s intention to proceed in the recruitment process. The directive follows the conclusion of the initial application phase which opened in February and closed on March 10, 2025. The exercise, supervised by the Tinubu-led administration, attracted thousands of applicants nationwide.
Applicants are reminded to follow all existing guidelines, including submitting only one application and uploading accurate personal details alongside supporting documents such as CVs, educational certificates, and a passport photograph.
Candidates who have reached this stage are advised to take the latest instruction seriously. The FCSC reaffirmed its commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process, urging applicants to frequently check the official portal for further updates.

Applicants have just three days to fill in the form as part of the next step in the recruitment process.
