Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman and CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), has praised Councillor Adekunle Osibogun, Cabinet Member for Education and Children’s Services in Buckingham Ward, UK, for his book Constitutional Democracy in Africa.

Councillor Osibogun, a former Deputy Mayor of Buckingham Town, stated that he is currently on a promotional tour for his book, beginning in Nigeria and later continuing to South Africa and Botswana.
