Court Sacks Labour Party House Of Reps Member For Certificate Forgery
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos State has sacked Hon Emeka Nnamani of the Labour Party (LP), as the member representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency of Abia State over issues of certificate forgery.
The certificate issues were said to have happened in 2015.
The court in its ruling, also declared Alex Ikwechegh of the All Grand Progressives Alliance (APGA) as the authentic winner of the February 25 general election in the constituency.
