EKO HOT BLOG reports that according to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources in Lagos, the U.S. dollar is being bought at ₦1,582 and sold at ₦1,586 in the parallel market today.
Meanwhile, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) maintains its official exchange rates, urging Nigerians to conduct forex transactions through regulated financial institutions. The CBN continues to discourage black market dealings, stating that only rates from authorized dealers are officially recognized.
