This is a full-time, remote role reporting directly to the HR Manager.
Job Summary:
The HR Auditor will be responsible for monitoring and auditing employees’ work activities to ensure compliance with company policies, accurate reporting, and optimal productivity. Key duties include tracking staff login times, ongoing tasks, deadlines, and verifying the alignment of reports with actual work performed. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to enforce workplace accountability.
