During his acceptance, Greenpeg’s CEO, Mr. Bolaji Adekunle, said: “Winning this award is a testament to our commitment to delivering only the best equipment and service.
Using the rich product knowledge and our team’s industry experience … we have achieved much success helping our numerous customers transition from obsolete devices into current replacement that facilitates seamless operation and reduces downtime.”
Adekunle noted that Greenpeg’s strength lies not just in fulfilling contracts, but in continually building local expertise. Their training programmes, including Greenpeg Academy (GACA), have helped engineer local talent, aligning with global best practices.

Having operated for over 13 years, the company has engaged with diverse sectors such as oil & gas, power, manufacturing, and renewables, offering solutions in instrumentation, automation, panel building, procurement of spare parts, and system integrations. Their ability to deliver quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)-grade products and support logistics has often been singled out.
Industry watchers say this award underscores a growing trend: local firms that combine technical excellence with integrity and customer support are now being favoured over pure volume or cost competition.
For Greenpeg, winning this partner award from Siemens isn’t just recognition it also boosts its credibility in competitive tenders and regulatory engagements.
As part of what the company calls its “future-forward strategy,” Adekunle stated that Greenpeg will continue investing in workforce development, improving parts delivery timelines, and expanding its local content capacity, so the industry in Africa can depend less on imports.
