Hailey Bieber has firmly shut down speculation that her billion-dollar beauty brand sale was used to help husband Justin Bieber settle an old financial dispute with former manager Scooter Braun.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the 28-year-old entrepreneur, who sold her skincare company Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty, has drawn a line between her business success and her husband’s financial affairs.

Her representative told Us Weekly that the Rhode deal was “completely separate” from Justin’s business dealings and had nothing to do with his settlement with Braun’s company, Hybe.
The report comes after TMZ claimed Justin may have delayed payments to Braun until the Rhode acquisition was finalised.
Hailey finalised the historic Rhode sale in May, with the brand valued at up to US$1 billion. The package includes US$600 million in cash, US$200 million in shares, and an extra US$200 million if certain performance targets are met.
She remains involved in the company as chief creative officer and head of innovation, maintaining a leadership role post-acquisition.
Justin Bieber, now 31, reportedly reached a US$31.5 million settlement with Hybe over unpaid commissions and an advance linked to his cancelled Justice tour in 2022.

He has not publicly addressed the reports or confirmed any links to the Rhode transaction.
Braun and Bieber officially ended their professional relationship in August 2023, after a long and highly successful partnership.
Speaking on the Diary of a CEO podcast in June, Braun said, “I understand, he probably wants to go on and show that he can do it. We worked together for so long and we had such extreme success.”
Justin has kept a low public profile in recent months but surprised fans earlier this month by releasing Swag, his first album in four years.
The 21-track project is being treated more like a side release, with a full pop album reportedly coming in 2026, according to Us Weekly.
Even Braun responded to the surprise album, calling it “the most authentically Justin Bieber album to date” in an Instagram Story.
Despite swirling rumours, Hailey insists her business glow-up is all her own, no strings attached to her husband’s past deals.
