The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, will on Monday, November 10, 2025, officially flag off the Renewed Hope 100,000 Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), Revalidation, and Account Opening Exercise at the Council Secretariat.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the initiative, which aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, is designed to provide financial support to vulnerable households and strengthen grassroots economic stability.

According to the Council, the first batch of beneficiaries is expected to report at 9:00 a.m. for validation and payment.
Beneficiaries are advised to come along with the following required documents:
1. NIN Slip
2. BVN
3. PVC (Permanent Voter’s Card)
4. Passport Photograph
5. Utility Bill (if available)
Officials emphasized that all listed items are acceptable forms of identification by the bank and are mandatory for successful verification and account opening.

Speaking ahead of the event, Hon. Olowa reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to community welfare and inclusion.
