EKO HOT BLOG reports that Juventus’ long standing admiration for Osimhen is well known. The Serie A side previously attempted to sign him before his switch to Galatasaray SK two years ago but failed to reach an agreement.
With what many fans consider an underwhelming campaign, the Bianconeri are said to be planning a major squad rebuild aimed at reclaiming domestic dominance in Italy. Osimhen has now emerged as a prime target.
The 27 year old recently fuelled speculation after speaking positively about Juventus, describing them as one of the most important clubs in football history and suggesting it would be a place where he could enjoy his football.
However, any transfer will come at a premium. Galatasaray are reportedly valuing the forward at around €150 million, reflecting both his current form in Turkey and his pedigree from his time in Italy with SSC Napoli, where he famously helped secure the Scudetto.
Despite the transfer talk, Osimhen continues to impress on the pitch. At the Juventus Stadium on Wednesday night, he scored in a narrow 3 to 2 defeat, taking his European tally for Galatasaray to 13 goals. The feat made him the highest scoring foreign player in the club’s continental history, surpassing former Czech forward Milan Baros.

Osimhen has now recorded seven goals and two assists in this season’s UEFA Champions League, placing him joint fourth alongside Erling Haaland in the scoring charts.
