Pilgrims from the Borno and Adamawa Zone will pay N8.3 million.
The announcement was made by the Executive Chairman of NAHCON, Prof. Abdullahi Usman, in a statement issued by the Commission’s Assistant Director of Information and Publication, Mrs. Fatima Usara, on Monday in Abuja.
According to Prof. Usman, the fare is a result of extensive collaboration with stakeholders, including the Presidency and the Forum of Executive Secretaries of State Pilgrims Welfare Boards, Agencies, and Commissions.
The fare structure for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage was approved by the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria.

In the statement, Prof. Usman expressed gratitude for the support from various parties involved, particularly highlighting efforts to keep the fare within a similar range as the previous year.
In 2024, pilgrims benefiting from the Federal Government’s N90 billion Hajj intervention had paid N6.8 million for the pilgrimage.
However, those who paid after the subsidy, particularly from Borno and Adamawa, paid N8.2 million.
NAHCON has also urged prospective pilgrims to adhere to timelines and the Saudi guidelines, stressing the importance of early payment and timely registration to avoid delays.
