Ogun State Goovenor, Dapo Abiodun has approved the appointment of Olanrewaju Iskeel Saka as the new Head of Service in Ogun State.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the appointment was announced in a statement issued on Friday by Tokunbo Talabi following the retirement of the immediate past Head of Service, Kehinde Onasanya.

Before his elevation, Saka served as Permanent Secretary in the Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services.
According to the statement, the new Head of Service began his career in the Ogun State Public Service as a classroom teacher on Grade Level 08 on May 15, 1993. He later moved into the mainstream civil service in 2006 as a Senior Administrative Officer on Grade Level 09.

Born on February 15, 1968, Saka was described as an experienced administrator with strong expertise in policy coordination and implementation.
He is also affiliated with several professional bodies, including National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, while also holding fellowship status at the Institute of Policy Management Development.
The state government said the appointment reflects recognition of his dedication, commitment and years of service within the Ogun State civil service.
