The Oloja of Epe Land, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, has called on Muslims and the entire Epe community to uphold the values of dignity, discipline, and self-restraint cultivated during Ramadan.
Ekohotblog reports that he emphasized the importance of maintaining the moral standards observed during the holy month, urging people to avoid reverting to negative habits.

“We all know our attitudes before Ramadan and the things we gave up for the sake of fasting. Life should continue like that.
Let us protect our dignity and uphold the values of righteousness, humility, and kindness that Ramadan instilled in us,” the monarch advised.
Beyond spiritual growth, the Oloja of Epe also used the opportunity to call on Epe indigenes in the diaspora to actively participate in the development of their hometown.
He noted that hearsay should not discourage them from returning home, as the community has witnessed significant growth over the years.
“I urge all Epe sons and daughters abroad to come home and witness the progress we have made so far. Do not rely on what others say; come and see for yourself. More importantly, contribute your quota to the development of our land,” he stated.
Oba Animashaun further encouraged the establishment of more companies in Epe, stressing that such investments would create job opportunities for the youth and boost economic growth in the region.
