The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, on Saturday graced the groundbreaking ceremony of Lekki Avana Phase 2 by Zylus Homes, held at Eleranigbe, Ibeju-Lekki.
