Civil servants in Osun State on Monday trooped out at the state Secretariat in Abere to celebrate Governor Ademola Adeleke’s victory in the recently concluded governorship election.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the workers were seen dancing and expressing excitement within the Secretariat premises as celebrations over Adeleke’s re-election continued across the state.
The gathering came after Adeleke was declared winner of the election, defeating his closest challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The governor’s victory has triggered celebrations in several parts of Osun, with residents, supporters and party loyalists taking to the streets to mark the outcome of the poll.
