The founder and General Overseer of Rock Word Church and Dominion International, Dr Adamson Aromaegbe, has died.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Aromaegbe, a gospel preacher based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, reportedly died on Friday. The circumstances surrounding his death had not been disclosed as of the time of filing this report.
The church leadership announced his death in a statement issued on Sunday by Rev Nnamdy Echezona and published on the ministry’s Facebook page.
The church described Aromaegbe as a devoted Christian leader whose ministry had influenced many people.
The statement read, “Dr Aromaegbe was a faithful servant of God, visionary leader, teacher, mentor and Kingdom builder whose life and ministry touched countless lives.”
The ministry said members would miss his physical presence but remained comforted by their Christian faith and the legacy he left behind.
It added, “Though we deeply miss his physical presence, we rejoice in the hope we have in Christ and celebrate a life well lived, a race well run and a legacy that will continue for generations.”
Following the announcement, the church appealed to members, friends and sympathisers to pray for Aromaegbe’s family and the wider Dominion International community.
The church leadership also urged members to pray for the ministry as it comes to terms with the death of its founder.
It said details concerning the deceased’s “Celebration of Life” would be announced at a later date.
