- Habeeb “Portable” Badmus has officially challenged fellow musicians Davido and Zlatan Ibile to celebrity boxing matches following his recent loss.
- During a TikTok Live session, the singer expressed that he wants a “sure fight” to generate income and rebuild his finances.
- The challenge comes after Portable lost his celebrity boxing crown to skit maker Carter Efe in a unanimous decision last Friday in Lagos.
Habeeb “Portable” Badmus is looking to stage a high-profile comeback in the boxing ring by calling out two of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, Davido and Zlatan Ibile.
Eko Hot Blog reports that this bold move follows a unanimous decision defeat against skit maker Carter Efe at the “Chaos in the Ring 4” event held in Lagos.

The loss marked the end of Portable’s reign as the celebrity boxing champion, a title he previously secured after defeating Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington.
Portable was candid about his motivations during a TikTok Live session, stating that he wants to use a high-stakes match against Davido or Zlatan to “make money”.
The friction with Zlatan appears particularly personal, as the rapper had previously mocked Portable’s defeat on social media, claiming he had ₦10 million waiting for Carter Efe.
Additionally, Portable used his live broadcast to demand that other figures like KCee, E-Money, and Timaya honor various financial commitments and gifts he claims were promised to him before the bout.

The singer has not accepted his loss quietly, alleging that the fight was rigged to protect organizers from paying out a claimed ₦23 billion in wagers placed on his victory.
He further demanded ₦200 million in streaming revenue and insisted he was stopped prematurely.
Despite the professional setback and the loss of his title belts, Portable shared that the arrival of his newborn son on the same night as the fight was a more significant personal victory than any boxing accolade.
