President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Abuja for Ibadan, Oyo State, to attend the official coronation of the new Olubadan of Ibadanland, Rashidi Ladoja.

Rashidi Ladoja, an 81-year-old respected businessman, former Oyo State Governor, and former Senator, was selected as the 44th Olubadan, following the passing of Oba Owolabi Olakulehin on July 7. His ascension to the throne has generated widespread excitement across the city.
