Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a passionate and skilled Product Manager with a strong UI/UX design background to lead the end-to-end development of user-focused digital products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a design-driven mindset, capable of transforming insights into seamless and impactful product experiences. The successful candidate will own the product lifecycle — from research to MVP deployment — working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities in line with business goals.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover user needs and innovation gaps.
Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery and wireframing to build, launch, and iteration.
Translate user feedback into actionable product features and interface improvements.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Lead usability testing, user interviews, and experiments (A/B testing) for data-driven decisions.
Drive agile development through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team collaboration.
Monitor product KPIs, customer satisfaction, and analytics for continuous improvement.
Align product vision with user outcomes and ensure consistent branding across interfaces.
Work with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and release standards are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
3–5 years’ experience in product management or design within digital/SaaS environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise and successful product deliveries.
Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
Familiarity with agile/scrum tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a user-first approach.
Certifications in Product Management or UX Design preferred.
Experience in startups or digital innovation teams is a plus.
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
