EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Spanish giants issued a statement on Saturday denying claims that they had reached an agreement on personal terms with the France international ahead of a potential transfer to the Santiago Bernabéu.
Recent reports had suggested that Olise was close to joining Real Madrid after allegedly agreeing personal terms with the club. However, Los Blancos described the claims as false and insisted that no contact had been made with the player or his representatives.
“In response to reports in various media outlets regarding an alleged interest from our club in Bayern Munich player Michael Olise, Real Madrid CF wishes to state that it has not had any direct or indirect contact with the aforementioned player, his representatives, or anyone in his entourage,” the club said in a statement.
Real Madrid also reaffirmed the strong relationship it enjoys with Bayern Munich, stressing that both clubs have maintained a longstanding partnership built on trust and mutual respect.
The La Liga giants noted that they would not engage in any action that could jeopardise their relationship with the Bundesliga champions.
“Real Madrid also wishes to highlight the excellent institutional relationship it maintains with Bayern Munich, with whom it shares a long history of mutual respect.
“Both clubs have always maintained a relationship based on trust and mutual respect,” the statement added.
Olise, who joined Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace, has attracted widespread attention following a series of impressive performances for the German club.
The winger remains one of the most highly rated young attacking talents in European football, leading to growing speculation about his future.

However, Real Madrid’s latest statement appears to have put an end to reports suggesting that negotiations had already taken place between the club and the player’s camp.
The clarification comes as several top European clubs continue their recruitment efforts ahead of the new football season.
