Royal Blessings Boost Akinloye’s Re-election Campaign in Eredo LCDA

As the race for leadership intensifies in Eredo LCDA, the Ileri-Oluwa Independent Campaign Group has taken a strategic step by seeking royal blessings for the re-election of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye.

Ekohotblog gathers that led by the Vice Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Lateef Adesanya, the campaign team paid a courtesy visit to the esteemed royal fathers of Eredo LCDA on Tuesday, 25th February 2025.

The visit underscored the cultural importance of traditional endorsement as the campaign prepares to launch its full activities. Campaign Director General, Mr. Ismael Waliyullah, highlighted the significance of the visit, stating,

“Before officially kicking off the campaign, it is crucial to seek the blessings and guidance of our royal fathers, the custodians of our land.

Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye is a visionary leader dedicated to the progress of Eredo LCDA, and with the royal fathers’ prayers, we are confident in achieving continued development.”

During the visit, Hon. Lateef Adesanya outlined several landmark projects successfully executed under Hon. Akinloye’s leadership, including infrastructure development, improved healthcare services, and enhanced educational facilities.

He emphasized the administration’s commitment to sustaining these achievements and further advancing the community.

“Our administration is committed to enhancing the standard of living for all residents of Eredo LCDA,” Adesanya noted.

“Every initiative is aimed at fostering growth and prosperity across all communities within the LCDA.”

The campaign team was graciously received by respected royal fathers, including:

Omola of OdoMola Kingdom, Oba Sulaiman Adeshina Adebowale,

Aladepekun of Odo-Egiri Kingdom, Oba Musiliu Abiola Oliwo,

Alade-Uraka of Poka Land, Oba Kolawole Aliru Ayodele,

Gbowojo of Odogbawojo, Oba Adelani Adeniyi, and

Aladeshoyin of Odo-Noforija Kingdom, Oba Babatunde Olaogun Ogunlaja (JP), represented by the Odofin of Odo-Noforija.

The royal fathers expressed their appreciation for the visit and pledged their full support for Hon. Akinloye’s re-election bid.

They commended his remarkable contributions to Eredo LCDA’s development and encouraged all stakeholders to support his leadership for continuity and sustainable growth.

Oba Sulaiman Adeshina Adebowale remarked, “Hon. Akinloye’s leadership has brought significant progress to our community. We wholeheartedly endorse his re-election for continued development.”
