Siminalayi Fubara, the Governor of Rivers State, has vacated the Government House in Port Harcourt alongside his family and security details, Eko Hot Blog reports.
Sources, speaking on the condition of anonymity, revealed that Fubara left the premises on Wednesday morning.

While security at the Government House remains light, two Armoured Personnel Carriers seen on Tuesday night in front of the premises are still stationed there, accompanied by a small number of security operatives.
As of 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas (retd.), the Administrator appointed by President Bola Tinubu to oversee the state for the next six months, had not yet assumed office.
