EKO HOT BLOG reports that Ezenwa, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress in Anambra, joins other representatives selected from the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory under the Renewed Hope Ambassadors initiative. The ambassadors were inaugurated in Abuja by Imo State Governor and Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum, Senator Hope Uzodimma, who was appointed National Coordinator of the initiative on November 25.
Speaking with journalists in Awka on Thursday, Ezenwa described his appointment as a responsibility to mobilise wider support for President Tinubu in Anambra and across the South East. He commended the President for what he called a growing commitment to the region, especially through the newly established South East Development Commission, which he said is positioned to drive economic and social renewal.
“The President is a bold leader who ensures fairness, equity and transparency in governance. Many federal roads in the South East that were previously dilapidated or abandoned are now being rehabilitated or reconstructed,” he said.
Ezenwa also credited the administration with responding to national security and economic challenges. According to him, “Policies and engagements across the six geopolitical zones have contributed to reduced prices of food and other essential commodities.”
He praised Governor Uzodimma’s leadership and expressed confidence in his direction as National Coordinator. “I am delighted to work under Governor Uzodimma. His dedication and leadership will guide us in ensuring the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he said.

During the inauguration, Governor Uzodimma urged the ambassadors to return to their states and commence immediate mobilisation for President Tinubu’s 2027 re election effort.
