Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our team in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Management: Handle incoming emails, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Scheduling: Coordinate team schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our CRM system.
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues professionally.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics and provide insights and recommendations.
- Special Projects: Support content creation, event planning, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3+ years in a Virtual Assistant role or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM software, and social media tools.
