Job Description
Honour Flow Group is seeking a qualified and result-driven Water Marketer to lead marketing initiatives for its water products and services. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Honour Flow Water, acquire new customers, and strengthen brand presence.
The Water Marketer will conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer engagement and product awareness. The role also involves digital marketing, customer relationship management, and public outreach to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities

Visit retailers, distributors, markets, events, and institutions to promote Honour Flow Water.

Acquire new customers, onboard wholesalers, and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

Deploy customer retention strategies including discounts, loyalty programs, and referral incentives.

Monitor competitor prices and market trends to provide actionable intelligence to the management team.

Identify and develop new territories, organize product activations, and recommend new sales routes.

Represent the brand during public engagements, address customer inquiries, and provide field feedback.

Maintain detailed weekly reports on customer visits, market feedback, and sales performance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Proven marketing experience, preferably in the water or environmental sector.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital marketing skills.

Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.

Creative, proactive, and capable of working with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the water industry is an added advantage.
