Police in Ogun State have arrested a woman, identified as Deborah, for allegedly stabbing two friends, Adebayo Omokehinde and Kolapo Aishat, during a heated argument in the Aiyetoro area.

According to the state police spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, the suspect attacked the victims on January 30, 2025, using a broken bottle to inflict severe injuries on their breasts, hands, eyes, and other parts of their bodies.
After committing the crime, she immediately fled the scene, evading capture for nearly two weeks.

Following a manhunt, police operatives successfully apprehended Deborah on February 12, 2025. During interrogation, she reportedly confessed to the crime.
The victims, who were left in critical condition, were issued medical reports and directed to a general hospital for urgent treatment.
