Popular comedian Afamefuna Klint Igwemba, better known as Klint Da Drunk, has revealed how he abandoned a budding music career for comedy.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Klint shared the story during an interview with Naija FM Lagos, explaining that he was actively pursuing music during his time as a student at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.

He narrated that everything changed the day 2Baba (then 2Face Idibia) performed on campus.
According to him, he left the hall after hearing just a few lines from 2Baba, convinced that music was no longer his path.

Organisers begged him to remain for his own performance later that night, but he went home instead.
Klint said he later realised his musical approach was completely different from 2Baba’s and might have still thrived if he had understood that early.
However, he expressed gratitude for choosing comedy, noting that the industry has given him a fulfilling career.
