Gbajabiamila Donates 20 Wheelchairs, 10 Scholarships To People Living With Disabilities

House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila has urged Nigerians to create an enabling environment for persons living with disabilities.

The Speaker spoke in Abuja while donating materials, including 20 wheel chairs and 10 scholarships to some people living with disabilities.

The beneficiaries are: Saaka Aishat Adewunmi, Faiza Abubakar Jauro, Anna Samuel, Favour Ishaya, Emes Akaso Noel and five others.

The occasion was the commemoration of the International Day of People With Disabilitie, which the House celebrated yesterday at the National Assembly.

Gbajabiamila enjoined Nigerians to create a suitable environment for people living with disabilities to enable them achieve their dreams and aspirations.
