- Rep. Wale Raji will commission new classroom blocks in Ilara Kingdom and Igbooye on Friday, February 7, 2025.
- Ilara Kingdom: Two blocks of three classrooms will be unveiled by Oba Dr. Olukayode Olufolarin Ogunsanwo and Chief S.O. Bakare.
- Igbooye: A block of six classrooms will be inaugurated by Lady Doja Otedola, with key government and community leaders in attendance.
Rep. Wale Raji (MHR), Member of the House of Representatives for Epe Federal Constituency, is set to commission new classroom blocks in Ilara Kingdom and Igbooye to improve education and over crowded class rooms in the area.
Ekohotblog reports that the event will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025. The first commissioning will be at Adeshowon Secondary School, Ilara Kingdom, Eredo LCDA, where two blocks of three fully furnished classrooms will be opened.

The ceremony will be led by His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Olukayode Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, Telade IV – Alara of Ilara Kingdom, and Chief S.O. Bakare, Baba Alaje of Ijebu Land and Chairman of Oluwalogbon Group of Companies.
Speaking about the project, Rep. Wale Raji said, “Education is key to our future, and we must give our children the best learning environment.
These new classrooms will help students learn better and prepare for a brighter future.”
Later in the day, a newly built block of six classrooms at Igbooye Community Secondary School will be commissioned by Lady Doja Otedola, former Lagos State First Lady and Yeye Oba of Igbooye.

The event will be attended by top government officials, including Lagos State APC Chairman Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi, Commissioner for Basic & Secondary Education Hon. Jamiu Alli-Balogun, and Dr. Idowu Oyetola, Tutor-General of Education District 3, Lagos.
Traditional rulers, political leaders, and community members will also be present to celebrate this achievement.
