Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and highly efficient professional to support our CEO in managing diverse tasks across administration, strategy, branding, and operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining seamless execution of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee task and project management, ensuring smooth execution across business functions.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business growth.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and streamline scheduling.
- Track key decisions, manage deadlines, and facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in content research, social media planning, and photoshoot coordination.
- Support the development of e-books, guides, and creative presentations.
- Handle online shopping, travel bookings, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure efficiency in both business and personal operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Law, or related fields (experience can substitute for formal education).
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, beauty, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Canva and other presentation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or photography is a plus.
