Position: Healthcare Service Manager
We are hiring a proactive and innovative Healthcare Service Manager to support our mission by enhancing user experiences and expanding service efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, product development, and stakeholder engagement in a digital health environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of healthcare services in collaboration with engineering and executive teams

Participate in product research to identify gaps and develop customer-centric solutions

Manage and expand client and partner relationships, including onboarding and feedback loops

Support the expansion of our healthcare practitioner network

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

Serve as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Become an expert on DRO Health’s products and services, staying updated on healthcare trends

Oversee project lifecycles—development, testing, deployment—with a focus on quality assurance

Research user behavior and market needs to guide product improvements

Advocate for user needs by proposing intuitive features and fixes
Requirements:

Background in healthcare (open to professionals beyond medical doctors)

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
