On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) formally presented Certificates of Return to Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), re-elected Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), and his Vice Chairman, Hon. Oluremi Abiodun Alogba.
The event confirmed their re-election and signaled the beginning of a new chapter of leadership in Lekki LCDA.

Speaking after the presentation, Engr. Kasali expressed gratitude to the electorate and assured residents of continued commitment to service.
“This is another opportunity to serve our people with greater dedication, transparency, and passion,” he said. “We will build on the solid foundation already laid and make Lekki LCDA a true model of grassroots governance.”
Hon. Alogba also thanked voters and stakeholders for their support, pledging alignment with the council’s development goals.
