Trump, speaking from the Oval Office, said he once chose not to pursue legal action against Hillary Clinton after his 2016 win but now believes it’s time to take action.
He stated that Obama, Biden, former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan and others “rigged” the elections and should face prosecution.
According to him, a new intelligence report led by Tulsi Gabbard proves the Obama administration fabricated Russian interference evidence.
The report, Trump claims, shows a deliberate attempt to remove him from power between 2016 and 2020.

He insisted the conspiracy wasn’t a broad group effort but one directly ordered by Barack Obama himself.
Trump said Obama’s name is on classified documents that have now been declassified, showing his alleged involvement.
He described the former president as the “leader of the gang” and said Obama was “caught cold.”
Trump declared that “what they did is criminal,” calling it a treasonous offence against the United States.
He also alleged that Biden, Clapper, and other top officials sat in the same room to plan his political downfall.
Trump further accused the press of shielding Obama for years while ignoring his alleged crimes.
His explosive remarks come just days after the release of a Justice Department memo on Jeffrey Epstein’s case.
The memo concluded there is no credible “Epstein client list” and that Epstein’s death was a suicide, not a conspiracy.
Many MAGA supporters, who believed the files would expose political elites, are now accusing Trump’s administration of a cover-up.
Some have even called for Attorney General Pam Bondi to resign over the DOJ’s handling of the files.
Trump allies like Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, who once hyped the Epstein list, have gone silent.
The fallout has caused disarray in Trump’s base, with conspiracy believers lashing out online.
