The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo (Telade IV), the Alara of Ilara Kingdom, on the occasion of his 5th coronation anniversary.
