“President Bola Tinubu is building a Nigeria where every citizen, regardless of tribe, tongue or faith, feels seen, heard and valued,” Oladejo said.
“In an era where many democracies are grappling with division, this administration proves that unity can be achieved not through slogans but through shared opportunities, merit based leadership and inclusive national planning.”
Oladejo highlighted the diverse composition of the President’s cabinet, noting that Tinubu’s appointments reflected gender balance, youth inclusion and equitable representation across all six geopolitical zones.
He also praised Tinubu’s decision to appoint competent Nigerians from opposition parties, civil society and the private sector, describing it as evidence that governance under the President prioritises progress over partisanship.

“This inclusive strategy has fostered a national climate of collaboration, idea driven policymaking and renewed public trust,” Oladejo stated. “It sends a clear message: Nigeria belongs to all of us.”
Youth Empowerment and Innovation
Oladejo further commended the administration’s decision to give younger Nigerians a seat at the table, pointing out that several appointees under 40 now occupy strategic positions.
According to him, this youthful inclusion is particularly significant in technology, entertainment, renewable energy and the digital economy, sectors where innovation is central to Nigeria’s development.
Inclusive Projects and National Development
The APC spokesperson also cited infrastructural and social projects including the Lagos Calabar Coastal Highway, Port Harcourt Maiduguri Rail Line and the Kaduna Dry Port as proof of Tinubu’s vision for shared prosperity.
He noted that the administration had deliberately designed programmes targeting rural communities, women, people with disabilities and other underserved groups to foster balanced national development.
Call for National Support
Oladejo urged Nigerians to support President Tinubu’s agenda, stressing that the administration had transcended ethnic, religious and partisan divisions to deliver fairness, representation and progress.
“We call on all Nigerians to rally behind this administration as it continues to lead with purpose, equity and vision,” he added.
Since assuming office on 29 May 2023, President Tinubu’s administration has faced public debate over its inclusivity, particularly following his Muslim Muslim ticket.
However, the Lagos APC insists that his appointments and policies demonstrate a clear commitment to diversity and national cohesion.
