As pupils in public primary schools across Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Epe, Lagos State, prepare to resume for another academic session, the administration of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye has reaffirmed its commitment to education with the distribution of 80,000 exercise books to all students.
Eko Hot Blog reports that speaking on the development, Hon. Akinloye said: “This initiative is part of our continuous drive to support learning, ease the burden on parents, and invest in the future of our children.”

He further emphasized the council’s dedication to education, noting that: “Education remains a top priority in Eredo LCDA, and we will not relent in giving our pupils the tools they need to succeed.”
Parents and teachers in the community commended the move, describing it as a timely intervention that will help reduce financial pressure as schools resume.
One parent remarked: “The council has shown that it understands the struggles of families, and this gesture will go a long way in preparing the children for academic success.”
