In the document dated January 28, 2026, Leonard claimed that the filmmaker had consistently portrayed him in a negative light, thereby misleading the public and harming his personal and professional image.

The actor made the petition public on Monday by sharing it on his Instagram page, alongside a strongly worded message directed at Stanley Ontop.
“You have been served. The law will take its full course. If you make allegations, you must back them up with evidence. I’m coming for you,” Leonard wrote.

Leonard’s post suggests he intends to pursue the matter to its legal conclusion, adding that others may also face action if similar claims continue.
