EKO HOT BLOG reports that at the Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid completed a 3 to 1 aggregate victory over Benfica with a 2 to 1 win on Wednesday, February 25. Vinicius Junior struck the decisive goal ten minutes from time, finishing calmly across goal to seal qualification.
Benfica had briefly threatened an upset when Rafa Silva opened the scoring, but Aurelien Tchouameni responded quickly from the edge of the area before Vinicius delivered the winner. Real Madrid will face either Manchester City or Sporting CP next.
Defending champions Paris Saint-Germain progressed after a 2 to 2 draw with AS Monaco secured a 5 to 4 aggregate win. PSG will meet either FC Barcelona or Chelsea FC.
In Bergamo, Atalanta BC overturned a first leg deficit to eliminate Borussia Dortmund 4 to 3 on aggregate. They will face either Arsenal FC or FC Bayern Munich.
In Turin, Galatasaray SK defeated Juventus FC 7 to 5 on aggregate after extra time. They will meet either Liverpool FC or Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Bayer Leverkusen will face Arsenal or Bayern Munich.
