The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission has expressed sympathy to a Nigerian family following a tragic road accident in Texas, United States, which claimed the lives of a woman and her two children.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the victims, identified as Nihinlolawa Agboro and her children, Temiloluwa and Isaac, reportedly died after a truck collided with their vehicle in Fort Bend County on Sunday.

According to local reports, the accident occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m. along a highway between Harlem Road and Pitts Road.
The crash involved a truck and a sport utility vehicle carrying five occupants. Authorities said the truck lost control, crossed the median, and crashed head-on into the SUV.

Reacting to the incident, Abike Dabiri-Erewa described the loss as heartbreaking, noting that such tragedies are devastating, especially when they occur during what should have been a routine journey.
In a statement, she extended her condolences to the bereaved family, prayed for the repose of the deceased, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the crash.
Dabiri-Erewa also urged road users to exercise caution to help prevent similar incidents, while assuring that the commission stands in solidarity with the Nigerian community in Texas and across the United States during this difficult time.
