Member of the House of Representatives representing Epe Federal Constituency, Wale Raji, has officially emerged as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the 2027 House of Representatives election.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the confirmation followed the release of the APC National Assembly primary election report containing the names of successful candidates across the 24 federal constituencies in Lagos State after the party primaries held on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Wale Raji, who currently represents Epe Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, secured the party’s ticket to seek another term in office following overwhelming support from party members and stakeholders across Epe Division.

His emergence has continued to generate reactions and celebrations among supporters, political associates, youths, women groups, market leaders, artisans, and community stakeholders within Epe, Eredo, Ikosi-Ejinrin, and Ibeju-Lekki areas of the constituency.
Many party members described the victory as a reflection of the lawmaker’s performance, accessibility, and numerous developmental projects facilitated across the constituency over the years.
Residents and supporters have continued to commend the federal lawmaker for several constituency projects and interventions, particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, youth empowerment, market development, and community support programmes.
Among some of the projects frequently highlighted by constituents are the Model Livestock Market , empowerment initiatives for traders and youths, educational support programmes, market development projects, and facilitation of federal interventions across communities within the constituency.
Political stakeholders also noted that Wale Raji’s consistent presence at the grassroots and his relationship with party members contributed significantly to his successful outing during the APC primary election.
