EKO HOT BLOG reports that according to Bureau De Change (BDC) operators in Lagos, the United States Dollar exchanged at ₦1,400 per dollar for selling and ₦1,392 per dollar for buying in the black market, also known as the parallel market.
The rates reflect ongoing activity in the informal foreign exchange market, where many Nigerians source foreign currency despite repeated warnings from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
