The Federation of Epe Division Students’ Association (FEDSA) National has announced the participation of its National President in the Lagos Grassroots Alliance, a platform of progressive young leaders committed to advancing good governance, youth empowerment and sustainable development across Lagos State.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the association described the development as a significant step towards strengthening youth participation in governance and promoting initiatives that will positively impact students and communities across the state.
According to FEDSA National, the Lagos Grassroots Alliance brings together passionate young people with a shared vision of fostering community development, encouraging civic engagement and supporting policies that drive the continued growth of Lagos State.
Speaking on the development, the FEDSA National President reaffirmed his commitment to championing students’ welfare while contributing meaningfully to programmes and policies that promote youth inclusion and societal progress.
“As a representative of students in Epe Division, I remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote good governance, youth empowerment and sustainable development. The Lagos Grassroots Alliance provides another platform to contribute to the growth of Lagos State while advocating for the interests of students and young people,” he said.
The association also commended Mr. Owolabi Falana, the mobiliser of the alliance, for his dedication to uniting young leaders and inspiring active participation in community development.
“Mr. Owolabi Falana has demonstrated remarkable leadership and commitment by bringing together like-minded youths who are passionate about the future of Lagos State. His efforts continue to inspire a new generation of responsible leaders,” the association stated.
FEDSA National reaffirmed its commitment to collaborating with stakeholders whose vision aligns with youth empowerment, educational advancement and sustainable development, expressing confidence that such partnerships will create greater opportunities for young people to contribute meaningfully to the progress of Lagos State.
