EKO HOT BLOG reports that Uzodimma, who is also the Governor of Imo State, made the announcement on Wednesday while delivering a keynote address at the two day Renewed Hope Ambassadors National Retreat in Abuja.
According to him, the mobilisation drive is aimed at strengthening grassroots engagement and securing re election for President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
The governor said the Renewed Hope Ambassadors structure now extends from the national level to all 36 states, the Federal Capital Territory, 774 local government areas, 8,809 wards and 176,846 polling units nationwide.
“At 25 canvassers to a polling unit, that is a lawful civic force of 4,421,150 people across the federation. That is the mathematics of serious mobilisation. That is the difference between hoping to win and organising to win,” he said.
Uzodimma described the 2027 election as a referendum on the Tinubu administration’s reforms, insisting that ongoing economic, infrastructure, healthcare and social investment programmes would earn the President another term in office.
Defending key policies such as fuel subsidy removal and foreign exchange reforms, he said the administration chose long term national stability over short term political gains.
“The President chose the path of courage over convenience. Our responsibility is to explain these reforms to Nigerians and ensure that the benefits are clearly understood at the grassroots,” he stated.
APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, also praised the administration’s economic record, claiming Nigeria’s foreign reserves had exceeded $50 billion while the country recorded a trade surplus of ₦7.55 trillion in the first quarter of 2026.

He urged party members to communicate government achievements effectively, stressing that policies and projects would only resonate with citizens when translated into relatable stories.
The retreat brought together party leaders and coordinators from across the country to develop strategies aimed at strengthening grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.
