Suleman argued that these individuals continuously risk their lives under exceptionally grueling circumstances to safeguard the nation.
He maintained that rather than being subjected to constant public criticism, the country’s security personnel deserve greater institutional support, morale-boosting encouragement, and recognition for their sacrifices.
While expressing deep confidence in the raw capabilities of the frontline forces, the preacher expressed concern over external bottlenecks that hinder their operational success.
He specifically criticized instances where security operatives face sudden, higher-level interference after successfully apprehending high-profile suspects.
He noted that receiving orders to halt investigations after catching a terrorist heavily demoralizes troops on the field.
Defending the operational secrecy of the DSS and the police, Suleman stated that many of their successful tracking and arrest operations naturally go unnoticed by the public due to the highly sensitive nature of intelligence work.
He further lauded the current leadership of the DSS for prioritizing officer welfare and internal morale, which he noted has significantly strengthened the agency’s capacity to confront brewing threats.
To definitively address the country’s worsening security challenges, Apostle Suleman presented four key recommendations to government authorities.

First, he advocated for an immediate nationwide ban on open grazing, asserting that cattle rearing is a strictly private business rather than a government enterprise, and that livestock owners must transition to dedicated ranching instead of moving herds across local communities.
Second, he urged the Federal Government to look beyond the foot soldiers and aggressively identify, expose, and prosecute the influential individuals financing these criminal networks.
Third, the cleric admonished political leaders to temporarily shelve all partisan meetings and 2027 election permutations, insisting that the collective focus must remain entirely on neutralizing insurgency and violent crimes.
Finally, Suleman issued a stern challenge to elected leaders who deflect accountability by claiming they inherited the crisis, stating that such excuses amount to an admission of failure.
He concluded that any leader incapable of fixing the security breakdown should step aside and allow more competent individuals to take charge.
