- A total of 23 contestants in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 11 have been placed on the eviction block following the show’s first nomination session, leaving their survival in the hands of the voting public.
- Newly crowned Head of House, Chimsom Chuka, stands as the only housemate immune from eviction this week after winning the inaugural games.
- The first live eviction show of the season will take place this Sunday, where at least one housemate will bid farewell to the ₦160 million grand prize.
Tension has gripped the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house as Big Brother officially placed 23 housemates up for possible eviction during the show’s live session on Monday.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the development comes barely 24 hours after the launch of the “Show Ya Sef” edition, marking a fast-paced start to the 10-week reality television competition.

The only contestant safe from the upcoming vote is 27-year-old pharmacist and actor Chimsom Chuka.
Chimsom secured sole immunity after beating out all other male and female contestants in a timed arena challenge to emerge as the season’s very first Head of House.
While his victory granted him safety from nominations, a new season twist saw the luxury Head of House lounge awarded via a lucky dip draw to fellow housemate Tram, who chose Sheba to share the apartment with him.
With Chimsom holding the only safe spot, Big Brother announced that all remaining 23 housemates must face the public vote.

The move leaves the fate of the remaining contestants entirely in the hands of the viewers, who will determine which housemates receive enough support to stay in the game and whose journey will come to an abrupt end during the upcoming Sunday live eviction show.
The 11th edition of the reality franchise premiered on Sunday with 24 housemates competing for a grand prize package valued at ₦160 million.
As lines open for voting, viewers and fans across the continent have begun active campaigning on social media platforms to shield their favorite housemates from becoming the first eviction casualties of the season.
