Born in 1989, Panettiere began her career as a child actress and went on to establish herself as one of Hollywood’s recognisable young stars.
She rose to international prominence as Claire Bennet in the NBC superhero drama Heroes, which ran from 2006 to 2010. Her performance as the cheerleader with regenerative abilities made her a household name.
Panettiere later took on another major television role as Juliette Barnes in the country music drama Nashville. Her performance on the series further cemented her reputation as an accomplished television actress.

Away from the screen, Panettiere was candid about the difficulties she experienced in her personal life and career.
She released her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, in May, detailing her experiences as a child star, the pressures of growing up in the entertainment industry, and her struggles with addiction and recovery.

In the memoir, she also discussed her estrangement from her mother, who managed her career when she was a child and later criticised some of the revelations in the book.
