Adeshina revealed that one of her major red flags in relationships is men who talk excessively or reveal unnecessary personal details, noting that discretion matters greatly to her.

She stated that her ultimate desire as a woman is to build a peaceful home and raise children, adding that while she sympathises with single mothers, she believes some situations are circumstantial.
The actress maintained a traditional stance on marriage, expressing the view that submission remains important in sustaining a healthy union.
Speaking on her early passion for acting, Adeshina disclosed that her interest began in childhood, inspired by established Nollywood figures such as Funke Akindele, Sola Sobowale, and Bukky Wright.
She also credited fellow actress Ronke Odusanya for encouraging her belief that she could succeed in the industry.
Adeshina explained that her upbringing initially delayed her acting ambitions, as her father is a cleric and she was deeply involved in church activities.
She later left her hometown to pursue higher education and spent several years as an entrepreneur before eventually returning to what she described as her true calling.

Recalling one of her most challenging film experiences, she cited Eni Akoko as a turning point, revealing that the physical demands of the role tested her endurance but strengthened her commitment to acting.
On success in Nollywood, the actress emphasised that while physical appearance may open doors, talent and discipline are what sustain longevity.
She advised upcoming actors to focus on skill development, self-respect, continuous learning, and prayer, stressing that true growth in the industry is built on substance rather than appearance alone.
