Magistrate Nneaka Lesley convicted Williams and ordered his remand at Kuje Correctional Facility, postponing sentencing until February 4.

According to Okpa, Ezekiel reported the case to the Divisional Police Headquarters in Dawaki on January 12, stating that Williams, whom she hired to operate her Jinora Logistics bike, went missing with the motorcycle on December 4.

Investigations revealed that he had sold the bike without her consent and later claimed to have had an accident while demanding ₦50,000 from her.

The offense contravenes Section 288 of the Penal Code.
