Portugal and Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo has married his longtime partner, Georgina Rodriguez, representatives of the football star have confirmed.
Ronaldo, 41, announced the union on social media by posting a photograph showing his hand alongside Rodriguez’s, both wearing wedding rings. He accompanied the image with the brief caption, “C ❤️ G”, Eko Hot Blog gathered.

The wedding was held on Tuesday in Cascais, a coastal resort near Lisbon, Portugal, according to the Brunswick Group, which handles Ronaldo’s public relations.
The ceremony was described as a private and intimate gathering, with the couple’s five children reportedly among those in attendance.

The marriage came exactly a year after Rodriguez, 32, publicly revealed that she and Ronaldo were engaged through a post on Instagram.
Ronaldo is currently playing for Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr after a decorated career that included spells with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner also remains a key figure for the Portugal national team, having represented the country at the World Cup this summer.
