The leadership and members of the Epe Division Students for Hamzat (EDSFH) have paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Monsuru Akinloye, as part of the group’s ongoing consultation with key stakeholders across Epe Division.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the students’ delegation was warmly received by the council chairman, who expressed appreciation for the visit and commended the group for its commitment to youth engagement and civic participation.
Speaking during the meeting, Hon. Akinloye reaffirmed his admiration and unwavering support for the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, describing him as a leader whose commitment to education, youth development and good governance continues to inspire many across the state.
According to the chairman, every initiative associated with the Deputy Governor deserves support because of its positive impact on society and its focus on empowering young people.
Akinloye also lauded the students for the success of their recent Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) registration campaign, describing the impressive turnout recorded across Epe Division as evidence of the group’s dedication to promoting responsible civic participation among young people.
“The success of your PVC registration campaign is highly commendable. It reflects your commitment to encouraging students and young people to participate actively in the democratic process and contribute meaningfully to the future of Lagos State,” he said.
He encouraged the students to remain focused on initiatives that promote education, leadership, unity and community development, assuring them of his continued support.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, the leadership of EDSFH expressed gratitude to Hon. Akinloye for receiving them and acknowledged his contributions to the advancement of education and youth development in Eredo LCDA and Epe Division.
The students described the council chairman as a humble and visionary leader whose commitment to community development has continued to inspire the younger generation.
